All of the following terms and conditions must be adhered to and are legally binding immediately upon agreement. MonkeyGreen reserves the right to terminate any agreement at their discretion.
DO NOT SPAM IN ANY WAY We detect and discard all searches from e-mail, newsgroups, ICQ and all other methods than a web page. Spamming by any of these methods is pointless, the hits will be discarded, and your account will be terminated without pay.
Our pay periods run for two weeks. Checks are mailed, or transfered through Epassporte.com. Minimum earnings to receive a check is $50.00. If you do not earn $50.00 in any single pay period your earnings will "roll-over" to subsequent periods until you accumulate $50.00. A valid USA social security number must be provided for all payments made to USA addresses.
The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content: hatred, pirated digital materials (software, audio, or video), newsgroup postings, spam e-mails, or any other site which contains content or promotes activities which are illegal in the United States without the prior written consent of MonkeyGreen will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account. All sites must own, or have the rights to use, all copyrighted materials displayed or distributed on their website.
We do not allow incentivised sales of any kind.
All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds.
You must notify us before you make any changes in information established in the account agreement.
MonkeyGreen reserves the right to terminate the account of any affiliate who publicly posts derogatory and or slanderous statements about MonkeyGreen.com, its subsidiaries or officers. MonkeyGreen vigorously defends itself against false and slanderous statements.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any delay or failure in performance under these terms and conditions resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots,insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires,flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
Non compliance with these terms and conditions will result in the forfeiture of all monies owed and the possible prosecution of the violating webmaster.Any questions regarding this agreement should be directed to us.
